N.B. Someone must always be present when our engineer calls unless otherwise agreed before hand.
EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS
We will always try to be on site within a maximum of 24 working hours but usually within 12.
At an emergency call-out we will not normally carry out a full service unless requested at extra cost. If it is not possible to repair the fault immediately we will quote for any extra work or parts required.
EMERGENCY CALL OUT CHARGES
Northern Ireland: £150.00 + VAT for the first hour from when our engineer leaves the office, then £90.00 + VAT for each additional hour until our engineer leaves the site + parts. Travel time £60 per hour from when our engineer leaves the office in Lisburn,
Republic of Ireland : €180.00 + VAT for -the first hour then €110.00 + VAT for each additional hour until our engineer leave the site + parts Travel time €65.00 per hour from when out engineer leaves the office in Lisburn.
IN ORDER TO EXTEND LIFETIME OF YOUR EQUIPMENT, REGULAR MAINTENANCE SERVICES ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. KEEP YOUR SYSTEM SAFE AND RELIABLE OVER THE YEARS!
A service is usually a yearly visit in domestic situations but may be required more often where there is heavy usage, such as on a shared entrance.
Please note: Service and maintenance plans do not cover replacement parts. Any part found to be

MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR NEW INSTALLATIONS BY NDAUTOMATION.
A service includes:
• Call out response within 12 working hours
• Inspection of structural condition to the doors and support systems
• Full inspection of equipment
• Lubricating hinges, inspection of door stops and hardware
• Checking operator fixings, brackets, geometry and condition
• Checking operator performance and force settings
• caring out a visual risk assessment and advising of any potential hazards
• Checking manual release and locking performance
• Checking electrical connections, terminators and local isolator of mains power supply
• Checking seals of control panel housing, photocells and other control equipment
• Testing and checking operation of all safety equipment
• Testing any battery backup systems
• Assessing general condition of door surroundings
• HEALTH AND SAFETY risk survey with recommendations for additional safety if required

1) Payments are due in advance unless you have a credit account with us.

4) Standard service is a one-off visit, it does not cover you for any breakdowns during the rest of the year.
5) Any call-outs where no fault is found, where the fault is due to misuse or anything other than faulty
equipment or installation, will be charged at the Emergency Call-out Rate even if still under guarantee.
